About Us

We're a Sydney-based team running two complementary businesses.

First, is an award-winning product design and manufacturing consultancy with more than a decade of experience helping companies bring innovative products to market at scale.

Building on that foundation, we've just launched Tiito, a new clean-tech retail brand making sustainable home energy products — like solar, EV chargers, and heat pump water heaters — simple and desirable for Australian households.

Together, we combine proven expertise with fresh ambition. We're a small but fast-moving team where creativity, initiative, and impact matter.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic content creator to join us in our Sydney office (Office based role). This role is all about pumping out high volumes of high-quality content and using smart tools to make that output consistent and impactful. If you love creating and pushing content that gets seen, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Produce and publish engaging content across graphics, written formats, and digital channels, always aligned with our brand voice.

  • Leverage automation tools to scale output without sacrificing quality.

  • Collaborate in-person with our Sydney team to execute creative marketing initiatives.

  • Manage and refine Google Ads campaigns (experience preferred; training available).

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive content creator with solid design and writing skills who thrives on producing and sharing their work.

  • Someone enthusiastic about using technology and automation to boost productivity and keep content flowing.

  • Ideally, candidates who have experience with Google Ads and can hit the ground running.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
