The Production Assistant is responsible (along with the rest of the production team) for successful operational implementation across our customer journey. The core responsibility being an engraving technician, producing our beautiful jewellery for our customer. Don't worry, you will have full training.

**Hours**:

- 2-3 Days a week (Flexible on days)

**What we are looking for**:We are seeking a diligent, process loving doer who is obsessed with attention to detail. You will be playing a critical role within the operation side of the business and you will have fantastic exposure to all facets of the business. We are looking for someone who is confident and comfortable to contribute to the weekly production output alongside our production team. No experience is required, and all training will be provided to ensure you understand our engraving and production process. We are a small team of 4 who are like family, so we are looking for someone of a similar mindset and will help propel Deja Marc into the future.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the personalisation & engraving of Deja Marc Jewellery (full training provided)
- Sending daily fingerprint kits / processing returning fingerprint kits
- Fulfilment of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Delivering exceptional customer service across the customer three step process
- Internal quality control across our end to end process, jewellery production and final dispatch.
- Inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained across jewellery, marketing materials & packaging.
- Assisting our Founder & Marketing team lead on projects and events.
- Sales days at major trade shows and markets
- Have fun

- Located in shared ecommerce hub amongst leading retail brands such as Showpo
