In this role, you’ll develop stakeholder relationships via inbound calls. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, partner with our broker contacts and help provide tailored solutions, whilst ensuring that all data and systems are maintained and used to support the team’s success.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Going the extra mile to provide a best-in-class, personalised customer service experience
- Harnessing and building relationships with third party broker contacts, staying one step ahead of their customers’ needs to suggest relevant waste management solutions
- Taking ownership of accounts to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their services
- Completing all administrative duties to a high standard
- Other ad hoc sales administration tasks as required to support the team.

- You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Experience in waste, logistics or heavy industries would be advantageous, however, is not essential.
