About the role -
This role is a 12 Month contract role with views to go permanent should we find the right person

We have an exciting, opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch in Wingfield, South Australia.

This role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager and w ill see you develop and maintain relationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.

In this role you will:

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries
• Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire
• Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements
• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment
• Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
• Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements
