Sales Support Staff - Onsite Residential (Wingfield)

Our Onsite business unit is focused on driving the success of our customers through end-to-end supply solutions; we cater for the unique volume requirements of large domestic home builders. The Onsite team in Wingfield, like the broader Reece team, are committed, down to earth and driven people striving for greatness every day.

The Sales Support will develop strong relationships with the Onsite team and customers to create a great customer experience, to assist in creating customers for life.

**Duties for the role include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate and manage project requirements for Onsite commercial project stakeholders.
- Manage all project management reporting and data.
- Work with Distribution team to ensure successful stock management and logistics requirements.
- To sell the value of our service, systems and VAP offer
- Understand how our clients make and lose money and then sell the value of Customised Customer Service in order to become the primary supplier.
- Implement the Reece selling techniques to sell the value of our service, systems and products.
- Develop strong rapport and working relationships with key staff within your customers businesses.
- Promote Reece directional products, specifically Value-Added Products (VAP) to customers in order to maximise sales and gross margin opportunity.
- Participate in staff training programs - to be able to sell our VAP offering you need a comprehensive understanding of our VAP products.
- Develop quotations and product selections in order to meet each customer brief based on purpose, style, quality and budget.
- Utilise (via Reece Onsite Administration) all relevant documentation including presentations, technical and warranty information etc, to communicate Reece Onsite service offering to your customers and potential customers.
- Identify new opportunities to grow sales and market share (brief specific)
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer relationship activity in Salesforce (CRM)
- Meet minimum performance objectives in respect to customer face to face meetings and follow-up tasks.
- Exceptional customer focus & implementation of service standards
- Project management
- Support external sales team to deliver customised customer service.
- Build & maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent PC skills & TRS knowledge
- Excellent understanding of commercial market and project workflow
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with branch network.
- Effectively utilise salesforce & customer 360
- Attend & contribute to weekly sales meetings.
- Excellent product & systems knowledge
