**About the Role**
As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will play a key role in our Customer Service Team supporting our customers with their enquiries and ensuring that our customers always receive the highest level of service.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers when required
- Processing orders, payments and maintaining order entry accuracy at all times
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer enquiries
**About You**
- Previous experience in Customer service or similar role (hospitality or retail) is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to provide an exceptional customer experience and learn new skills
- Exceptional communication skills, writing and attention to detail
- You have a can-do attitude and like working in a small, tight knit team
