**About the role at Commonwealth Bank**

The Customer Service Remediation (CSR) team is responsible for delivering a strategic program of work to remediate past issues and deliver on the commitments made in response to the Royal Commission’s recommendations. This includes the remediation of the licensee advisor businesses - Pathways, Financial Wisdom and Count - including on-going service fee remediation.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences

**Strengths**
