Convera serves more than 30,000 customers ranging from small business owners to enterprise treasurers to educational institutions to financial institutions to law firms to NGOs.

Our ‘customers’ are corporate clients, that use Convera for transferring money or Foreign Exchange services.

In your role as Customer Service Specialist, you will be:

- keying in transactions, sending customer communications and processing payments, as well as renewing monthly transaction requests.
- This is an entry level role with Convera. Many of our more senior employees started in this role.
- Working closely with our network of Foreign Exchange Dealers to provide our clients with unrivalled levels of customer service
- You will also be liaising with internal departments regarding post payment queries and you are expected to proactively manage control and control work levels
- adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements while delivery high level customer services experience to the clients.
- This is a hybrid role, split between Sydney CBD office and work from home

You will ideally have:

- experience in a busy team in a client facing function, within a financial services environment
- a passion for excellence in customer service and customer management along with proven track record for embedding this passion in team culture
- This is an entry level position with Convera, with plenty of options to grow within the company after this role
- excellent communication and listening skills with ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Experience using MS outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet.
