As a Swim Instructor at MK Swimming, you will play a vital role in teaching individuals how to swim and promoting water safety practices. You will be responsible for conducting swim lessons for both group and private sessions, tailored to meet the needs and skill levels of participants. Your primary duties will include:

- Instructing students on proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety skills.
- Evaluating swimmers' abilities and progress to provide personalized instruction and feedback.
- Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment by enforcing pool rules and maintaining vigilance at all times.
- Developing lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
- Communicating with students and their parents/guardians to provide progress updates and address any concerns or questions.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in swim instruction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a swim instructor is a MUST.
- Certification in swim instructor, CPR, and first aid is a MUST.
- Strong swimming skills and proficiency in various swim strokes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.
- Passion for promoting water safety and helping others learn to swim.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality instruction.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
