Pilates Instructor

**Seeking a qualified Mat/Reformer Pilates Instructor for small group classes**

Are you a vibrant and dynamic Pilates instructor with a passion for health and fitness? Are you looking for casual evening work in a supportive health focused environment? Are you interested in progressing in your pilates teaching career?

We are looking for an energetic certified Pilates instructor to join our multidisciplinary team in Mascot Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness is a purpose built facility located in the heart of Mascot offering services for Physiotherapy, Massage, Pilates and Yoga. We have an in-house versatile exercise studio for our yoga and Pilates classes. We take a holistic approach to pushing our client’s health forward and offer a range of services and products designed to maximise the health and wellness of our valued clients.

Our Pilates classes are run on **Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4.45pm, 5.45pm and 6.45pm. **Classes are 50 minutes in length. Additionally there is also opportunity to teach private one on one classes.

Necessary Requirements:

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Experience teaching group pilates classes
- Interest in health and fitness
- Genuine interest in client outcomes and progression
- Anatomical knowledge
- **Pilates Certification in Mat Pilates/ Reformer Pilates**:

- A love of teaching smaller boutique classes
- Enjoys collaboration/ team work

Excel Physiotherapy runs Pilates classes with a **maximum of 4 students** per class to allow more attention to corrections and proper technique. **Our classes are a mix of reformer machine and mat work with Pilates props available to utilise.**
