**About the Role**
- Manage the delivery of financial planning services to ensure high quality, timely service delivery that is compliant with legislative requirements and consistent with industry best practices.
- Regular monitoring of controls and procedures for opportunities to improve and to ensure ongoing alignment with best practices.
- Assist in adjusting changes to internal processes as a result of changes in legislation.
- Provide advice on and monitor difficult matters, appeals, and significant complaints to ensure that they are resolved effectively and client needs are met
- Lead, develop, and manage the direct reports of the position, to ensure high staff performance, a balanced workload, a customer-focused culture, and an efficient and effective working environment.
- Actively contribute to major organisational change by aligning resources and performance, and role modelling NSW Trustee and Guardian’s values and behaviours.

**About you**
- Qualified Financial Planner
- Previous Government experience highly regarded, but not essential
- Experience managing a team
