About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning and Analytics manager to enable SSI in achieving our operational, financial and strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in providing effective leadership and management of business partnering, financial analysis and supporting the tender process for new programs.
In this critical, high impact and high visibility role for SSI, you will work closely with the Head of Finance, your team members and internal business stakeholders to ensure strategic decision-making across the organisation leading to financial sustainability in the long term. This role will also focus on financial planning, budgeting and forecasting capabilities, developing and building on financial tools to analyse service delivery and business structures as well as oversee key grant management functions including reporting and optimal usage of donor funds.
You will be someone with a qualification in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce or other relevant fields; with a CPA or CA qualification.

Essential Criteria
- Experience in managing teams and driving a high-performance work culture.
- Effective communicator and able to collaborate effectively with a wide group of stakeholders
- Experience in tender analysis, assessment of commercial issues
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial analysis in commercial and/or large NFPs
- Track record of exceptional performance as a strong finance leader in a complex and dynamic business environment
- At least 5-7 years’ experience at a senior finance level preferably in a large NFP or commercial organisation
- Experience as a Finance Business partner or similar in previous roles
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce or other relevant fields; with a CPA or CA qualification
