What you’ll contribute to

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Specialist - CRM & MyToyota, to join our National Marketing division in a permanent full-time capacity.

The National Marketing Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national marketing, brand, internal & external communications, digital, public relations, and customer relationship management to position Toyota as the customers’ brand of choice throughout and beyond the entire product lifecycle and contribute to achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.

The Digital Marketing Specialist - CRM & MyToyota is primarily responsible for supporting the execution of guest acquisition and nurture operations to maximise guest loyalty & retention and contribute to the achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives for Toyota in Australia. The role also supports our digital Application platform.

This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements.

How you’ll make an impact- Implement agreed guest acquisition, nurturing and lead management processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve Toyota customer acquisition and sales objectives. This also includes Toyota’s quarterly digital communication.- Work with key agency partners to support the monthly rewards for the myToyota Application Platform.- Maintain reporting systems and prepare reports to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support future improvements to processes.- Manage and maintain monthly budget and invoicing activities to support accurate forecasting.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification in business, commerce, marketing, a related discipline or equivalent experience.- Strong experience in CRM systems management roles.- Background and experience in direct and digital marketing.- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
