Our client is a global fashion retailer, gearing up for huge growth in Australia. They are globally recognised and have a brilliant and settled team in Australia.

**The Role**
You will be taking over the management and implementation on the digital channels for the business. Due to continued online growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Paid Media & SEO Specialist to join our clients eCommerce team on a part-time basis, ideally 3 days a week.

**What are we looking for**
We are looking for smart, passionate, and ambitious people ready to take on a challenge. This role will require someone with the established skills to be autonomous in the role. You'll be taking over the digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, and Social media channels:

- Great background in SEM, SEO, and Social Media
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.
- Knowledge of social platforms and advertising
- Ability to work autonomously
- Eagerness to learn and be the best
- A good background working for an agency or a B2C retail business

**What type of work you will be doing**
- Plan, implement and optimise paid search, SEO, and social media campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
- Analyse website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Digital strategy strategy
- A/B split testing
- Data analysing
