We're partnering with a leading technology based sporting organisation who are entering their next growth phase.

First "cab off the rank" is a
**Digital Marketing Specialist** to work directly alongside the Head of Marketing in delivering new strategic campaigns to boost customer engagement.

The role will best suit someone who has a keen eye for campaign optimisation - a natural ability to dissect a brief to understand what works, and what doesn't.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and manage content for our website and social media channels, including blog posts, videos, and images.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to drive digital marketing efforts.
- Analyse and report on the performance of each campaign, across website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.

**What you'll need**:

- 3+ years of experience in local (Aus based) digital marketing, agency or in-house experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media advertising.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate performance reports and deliver these to senior management.
