**The Opportunity**

**Change Analyst - ServiceNow Upgrade | 6-Month Contract**
We’re partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation in Melbourne seeking a Change Analyst to support a critical cybersecurity uplift program. This 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension) will support the delivery of a ServiceNow upgrade - with a focus on backend improvements and the resulting impacts on people and process.

**Key Responsibilities**

Working closely under an established Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting business change delivery across a ServiceNow transformation stream
- Identifying and managing change impacts to ensure mínimal business disruption
- Designing and delivering tailored training content
- Supporting communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning
- Managing and analysing data to support change planning and reporting
- Adapting to an agile delivery environment and aligning change activities to evolving milestones

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in **ServiceNow** or **ERP-related business change**:

- Strong **data management** and **Excel** skills - pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
- Hands-on **training delivery** experience
- A **proactive and flexible** mindset - comfortable working in fast-paced, agile teams
- Confidence working with delivery teams to meet tight timelines (targeting end-Feb 2026)

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Change Analyst looking to gain experience in a high-impact technology project within the Financial Services sector.

**What’s on Offer**
