**About The Role**:
The Project Coordinator, Digital Quality plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving the digital educational standards within the Faculty of Humanities and its three schools. The person in this role will be responsible for establishing minimum standards and best practices, creating guidelines to support Humanities teaching staff, facilitating the development of digital content for learning and teaching across in-person and online delivery modes, and managing priority learning and teaching projects.

A thorough understanding of TEQSA requirements for technology-enhanced learning is essential, as this role is responsible for ensuring compliance and enhancing the quality of the Faculty of Humanities' educational technologies and their impact on staff and student experience. Working closely with the Director, Digital Innovation & Learning, the Project Coordinator, Digital Quality will collaborate with the broader digital teams to create adaptable, 'digital-first' content suitable for various target audiences and delivery modes.

**Key Responsibilities of Position**:

- Operationalise and coordinate strategic learning and teaching projects.
- Develop, lead, and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and policies for technology-enhanced learning and digital literacies to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of learning and teaching.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, evaluate, and improve the delivery of digital literacies.
- Support learning and teaching strategy and strategic planning processes.
- Maintain communication and productive relationships with the project team, project stakeholders, and any other relevant contacts, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout all phases of the project.
- Ensure that technology-enhanced learning meets accessibility and regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality assessments of technology-enhanced learning services to identify issues, trends, and work with the team to resolve and improve them.
- Prepare regular reports for faculty senior leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations for action.
- Undertake other activities that the incumbent might reasonably be expected to do, which are consistent with the accountabilities and responsibilities listed above.

**Essential Criteria of Position**:
A bachelor’s degree with considerable relevant experience in digital quality assurance, education, digital education, and quality control processes, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Extensive relevant learning design/quality assurance experience and expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training.

**As this is a Fixed Term position, you must have current work rights in Australia matching the tenure of this role.**
