About the roleDux seeks a professional who possesses both the seasoned Project Management abilities and the client-facing strengths of an Account Manager.
You'll be using your Project Management skills to provide value, structure and outcomes, and you'll be using your Account Management skills to build relationships and help grow partnerships.
Core role activities include:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and achieve their strategic goals.
- Proactively manage client expectations and efficiently resolve any issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and new features across client platforms.
- Provide effective problem-solving and solution-oriented approaches.
- Drive client projects and digital roadmaps.
- Monitor project progress against budget and timeline
- Design and implement efficient, scalable project management workflows and processes.
- Lead project meetings and regular Work In Progress (WIP) sessions, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deadlines.
- Uphold internal and client processes consistently.
- Manage competing internal and external priorities effectively.
Competencies:
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction (KPI).
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ensure timely responses and actions to all client requests.
- Possess an understanding of driving web projects for clients, with WordPress knowledge being a bonus.
- Understand how to manage marketing clients, with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn knowledge being a bonus.
- Promote a collaborative internal culture.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience within a digital marketing/web development agency
- An understanding of core business objectives/acumen
- This role will be suited to someone who has implemented Google and Meta campaigns and understands campaign objectives
- A solid understanding of SEO and Content Strategies
- A strong understanding of the digital project lifecycle, beyond marketing, including strategy, user experience, UI design, production and project management processes
