Front Desk Admin (Part-Time)

**Location: Parramatta CBD, NSW**
**2-3 shifts per week**

**Who we’re looking for**

At Active Movement Studio, we’re looking for more than just someone to answer phones or take payments. We’re searching for the kind of person who can make someone’s day just by being themselves.

When a client walks through our door, they’re often tired, in pain, or unsure of what to expect. Your smile, your calm energy, and your ability to handle the little things smoothly, that’s what makes them feel safe and cared for.

This isn’t your average admin role. You’ll be the first face people see, the last voice they hear, and the one who keeps things moving behind the scenes so our team can do what they do best.

**What the role involves**

You’ll be greeting clients, answering questions, handling bookings and payments, and supporting our team with admin tasks like letters and scheduling.

At times, you might help with a warm-up or cool-down or tidy up the space after a busy session. Every little thing you do plays a big role in helping someone feel better.

**What we’re looking for**

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping others. You’ve probably been told you’re warm, reliable, and great with people.

You’re also organised, the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a well-structured calendar or a smooth-running schedule.

You’re comfortable with technology and not afraid to learn new systems. You can think on your feet, ask good questions, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.

You’ll need to be available for a couple of consistent shifts during the week and potentially Saturday mornings. Ideally, you live locally and are studying, working part-time, or looking to be part of something purposeful while keeping your schedule flexible.

**It helps if you have**

Experience in a health, fitness, or medical setting, but it’s not essential.

What matters most is that you show up with a great attitude, learn quickly, and care about creating a positive experience for every person who walks through the door.
