**Sales Associate in real estate - The opportunity to get 10 years experience in 2 years. (Experience in real estate sales is required for this role)**

I have a fabulous client base. They refer me all the time and I am now getting too busy to handle all the enquiries directly. To keep my service levels high, and to make sure that no stone is left unturned, I need someone to manage the buyer enquiries and prospect new listings I get on a daily basis.

This position is:

- Part sales
- Part admin - you need to be great on computer
- Part prospecting. **You need to not be afraid to pick up the phone**.

We will train you completely in the role.

What I need is the right attitude and hunger from you and we can do the rest.

This role involves listing and selling residential property and a certificate in realestate would be a plus.

**So, you will need to be prepared to**:

- Work hard. Sometimes after hours,as part of an elite sales team.
- Love the idea of working with buyers and sellers
- Want to further your skills in selling and negotiating.
- The ability to handle rejection when prospecting, Cold Calling, Door Knocking
