We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our thriving agency as an Associate Agent to a high-performing team. Working alongside a successful agent with strong results, you'll gain hands-on experience in residential sales and be exposed to the fast-paced world of real estate.

This is a part time position (Saturday plus two weekdays), with the potential to grow into a full time role. It's the perfect opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the industry, returning to the workforce after maternity leave or studying part time and wanting to build a career in real estate.

The role:

  • Responding to and following up property enquiries

  • Preparing open home packs for inspections

  • Attending open homes and auctions

  • Just listed/just sold prospecting calls
  • Attending photoshoots, building & pest inspections, and final inspections
  • Assisting with vendor reports, communication, and management
  • Liaising with buyers, vendors, and solicitors throughout the sales process

The ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about building a long-term career in real estate residential sales
  • A natural problem solver with initiative and a proactive mindset
  • Tenacious, hungry and results driven
  • Impeccable personal presentation with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual skills are highly regarded

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • NSW Driver's License and reliable car
