The Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will partner with leading agents in the Parramatta and surrounding booming suburbs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting for new business and generating listings
  • Assisting with open homes and auctions
  • Preparing market appraisals
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting the end-to-end sales process, including marketing and administration
  • Saturday availability (with a day off during the week)

The Ideal Candidate:

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)

Full driver's licence and reliable car

  • Previous real estate or sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Professional presentation, confident, and personable
  • Resilient, enthusiastic, and a self-starter
  • Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to succeed
  • Ability to perform independently without micro-managing
