**Our Client**:
An incredibly successful brand that operates more at the upper end of their marketplace, they have a 5-star rating, hold many of the suburbs’ Top Agent awards and are strong supporters of both the local community and also a variety of charities.

**Duties**:
Working alongside one of their ‘Young Gun’ agents, this role will see you managing listings from the time a sales agreement is signed, all the way to settlement, including:

- Taking inquiries & making open home callbacks
- Capturing and posting social media at open homes (stories)
- Preparation for (OFI packs etc) and attending midweek & Saturday opens
- Buyer negotiations and signing of contracts
- just listed/ sold call prospecting
- Attend photo shoots, b&p reports, final inspections
- gift and key handover on settlement
- Vendor management including compiling reports and some communication

**Specific requirements**:

- Be seeking a long term career in real estate sales
- Strong customer service skills and be comfortable on the phone
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Prior experience in Real Estate and a Real Estate Certificate or License
- A NSW Drivers license and reliable car is required
