Role Description

The NSW Growth & Sales Specialist at WaterRower Australia is a full-time on-site role located in Gladesville, NSW. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to foster regional growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The individual will be responsible for analyzing market data, setting sales targets, and leading growth hacking initiatives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different departments for project management and ensuring customer satisfaction with WaterRower products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data
  • Excellent Communication skills for managing customer relationships and internal coordination
  • Proven experience in Growth Hacking and Sales strategies
  • Experience in the fitness or sports equipment industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
