**About The Team**

Made up of several specialised teams including commercial finance & operations, group finance, legal and risk, data & analytics these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we’ve dotted our I's and crossed our T's

**About the role**

As our newest Commercial Operations Manager, you will be the key business partner to our Customer Sales leadership team, to support the efficient and effective execution of the organisations strategy.

You will be responsible for providing leadership for the Customer Commercial Operations team, analysing data, identifying insights, and providing operational support to ensure flawless coordination across various departments involved in bringing products or services to market in a commercial way.

**What Will Keep You Busy**:

- Lead forecasting and planning activities, in collaboration with sales leadership, to develop accurate sales pipeline and forecasts. Assisting to bridge the gap between finance planning and business planning.
- Lead improvement and efficiency of Sales leadership team's processes and help drive effective sales objectives, strategies and programs.
- Proactively analyse GTM-related data, including sales performance, market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive intelligence, to derive actionable insights.
- Evaluate and optimise Commercial Operations processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across GTM operations.
- Lead the tracking of sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Facilitates collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to drive alignment and optimise processes.

**What we'd love you to bring**:

- Experience in an equivalent role in a SaaS / Technology business.
- Highly developed stakeholder management and credible influencing skills
- Advanced, analytical problem-solving skills, strong data literacy and strong commercial acumen.
- To be a quick learner, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading and developing a small team of high performing individuals.
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations from data.
- Preference for experience/use of Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle BI, SQL queries)
