Dr Jones & Partners Medical Imaging is a doctor-owned and operated practice offering the highest quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services throughout South Australia and Alice Springs. **About the Role**
Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, this role will undertake generalist HR activities focusing on Work Health and Safety, Return to Work, and Well-being. This newly created role will support and implement shared HR initiatives, aligned with the overall business objectives.
This role is an opportunity to join our growing Human Resource team, which is highly collaborative, inclusive, and progressive, based in our Head Office at Eastwood. With the expansion of the HR Business Partner function, we are committed to your professional development and growth.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Work Health & Safety, Return to Work and wellbeing support and administration.
- Supporting staff quality, risk management, and reporting.
- Ensuring a safe working environment for all staff, patients, customers, and contractors.
- Promote health and well-being to encourage a healthy and productive work environment.
- HRBP activities in Recruitment, Performance management, employee engagement, training, and development:
**To be successful in this role**:
- Qualifications in human resources, law, business/management, or related fields are desirable.
- An emerging practitioner with 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources Role or similar.
- Return to Work certification is desirable.
- Riskware software use and knowledge are an advantage or similar.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, systems, process, and relevant legislation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships. and influence key stakeholders across the Practice.
- Demonstrated pragmatic, discovery, positivity, and proactive behaviours.
