Dynamics Functional Consultant

**Your new company**

A Federal government organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing and Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join their Digital Products and Platforms Branch. The Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics products; Customer Insights - Journeys, and Customer Insights - Data.

**Your new role**
- Leading the setup, configuration and implementation of Customer Insights - Journeys, and Customer Insights - Data
- Advising on configuration of security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings (inc. customer insights connector).
- Collaborating with internal teams and supporting the development of lead management, customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing and campaigns
- Provide advice and assist on implementing: brand and compliance profiles, preference center, consent management and compliance center, migrating Outbound Marketing activities to Real-time journeys
Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to upskill internal teams throughout the implementation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have Baseline security clearance
- Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Proven experience implementing Marketing solutions including marketing automation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights products.
- Strong understanding of Marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems and related technologies
- Experience in data migration projects
- Knowledge of Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations
Familiarity with government IT systems and processes
