We're looking for a passionate Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant who loves solving complex problems, designing elegant solutions, and collaborating with a high-performing Agile team.


What you'll do
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales & Service modules).
  • Develop custom business logic using plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams to deliver sprint commitments.
  • Perform impact analysis and provide technical expertise on deployed solutions.
  • Configure and deploy new functionality in the cloud-based D365 environment.
  • Champion best practices, technical standards, and quality documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and support issues.

What you bring
  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service) solution design and development.
  • 5-8 years' experience in IT with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Azure integration.
  • A collaborative mindset and confidence to guide teams and influence architecture.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT / Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A genuine passion for innovation, automation, and improving customer experience.
