Description

What You'll Do

As a leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistently high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be a Consultant/Delivery Manager and have extensive NetSuite ERP implementation/optimization expertise
  • Analyze business needs to help ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets the customer's objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
  • Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering solutions
  • Work closely with the rest of the customer success team by quickly assessing client needs, developing innovative plans to solve their problems and implementing these plans to the client's satisfaction
  • Have a passion for business and the associated Cloud technologies, as well as advanced analytical problem-solving skills, applied to help clients find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively
  • Leading the optimization aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality solutions within constraints of time and customer prioritizations
  • Providing direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influencing customer leadership on key decisions
  • Being responsible for managing clients in post go-live environments
  • Being adept at managing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality
  • Working with technical and performance experts at NetSuite to get the best outcomes for your Customer

Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. In this role, you will often be working under pressure, working with several customers simultaneously and striving to meet customer expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally with 7+ years NetSuite hands on implementation/optimization experience
  • Your 7+ years consulting experience with other ERP solutions is a definite plus
  • With the ability to travel up to 15%
