Leading Australian ASX firm that has operated for over 80 plus years requires a Microsoft CRM Functional Consultant for their head office. You will be able to work from anywhere on the Eastern Seaboard.

As a Microsoft CRM Functional Consultant, you will work with the business to work on their CX Strategy and act as conduit between the business and technology.

**On a daily you will**:

- Implement Dynamics 365 CRM following best practices.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and contribute to change management planning.
- Develop business requirements, functional design documents and acceptance testing scripts.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CRM including forms, workflows, reports and security.
- Develop and deliver training to internal stakeholders and users.
- Have great documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on our clients and on achieving outcomes.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Good stakeholder management expertise
- High level of confidence, drive and motivation.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen combined with a solid and detailed understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Capable of working within a team or autonomously
