Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe’re on the lookout for an energetic and passionate people person to join our HR team in Rushcutters Bay In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, working closely with the HR Manager and supporting a wide range of HR functions. From recruitment to onboarding and offboarding, you’ll play a key role in driving initiatives while we grow and evolve during this exciting period of change. Please note this is a full-time in office position.

Your Impact- Provide day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle, handling all the HR admin tasks that keep us running smoothly
- Work closely with the HR Manager to deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for employees
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process
- Maintain accurate employee records, prepare paperwork and ensure everything is updated in our HR systems
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR matters
- Lead or assist with initiatives to improve HR and WHS processes and create an even better experience for our employees
About You- A people-focused individual with a genuine passion for helping others and creating a positive, inclusive work environment
- Experience or understanding of HR, recruitment, or employee experience, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience using HR systems (experience with SuccessFactors or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys providing exceptional internal customer support and finding solutions for employees.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the HR Manager and employees across the organization.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
