Human Resources Specialist (HR Ops & ER) for industry leading finance company based in North Sydney $$$

**Your new company**
We are partnering with a leading Financial Services business based in Northern Sydney. The business is global and has had an exceptional financial performance despite a challenging market. This is a growing SME sized business, and leader within the Australian market.

**Your new role**
A HR Specialist (HR Operations & ER) role with a generalist and operational remit. Through partnership with the Managers, drive the HR agenda to support the core operational needs of the business through workforce initiatives. Operationally support business units with their people needs and payroll requirements. You will also operate as back up for Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partners.

You will also be responsible for:

- HR Advisory support and operations
- Second level HR advice and technical guidance
- Projects, change and implementation
- Health & Wellbeing
- Benefits management
- Policy interpretation & Review & Process improvement
- Employee Relations
- Talent acquisition

**What you'll need to succeed**
Worked in a similar level of responsibility as a HR Generalist ideally with a HR Operations/Services background with Employee Relations expertise. Professional services is preferred but not essential. Needs to be driven, hard working, diligent and a strong communicator.
