**WORK HEALTH & SAFETY (WHS) ADVISOR**

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake short and medium-term site-based projects as an infield WHS advisor on a FIFO basis.
- Review and develop risk documentation for various companies across sectors such as mining, oil and gas, manufacturing among others.
- Review standard operating procedures and work instructions with the aim of enhancing safety standards and controls.
- Integrate safety improvement measures within process documentation.
- Attend regular meetings with clients and various stakeholders.
- Conduct compliance auditing for Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements for Clients throughout the Asia Pacific region.

**Education, Training & Experience**
- Diploma in Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety.
- Lead Auditor (desirable).
- Specialist in Integral Management systems; Quality, Work health safety and Environmental.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in diverse sectors such as Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction and Manufacturing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Management Certification (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and a team-oriented approach.
- Experience working in operational and management areas.

**Salary**: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- WHS in Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction and Manufacturing.: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Perth WA (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Perth WA: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
