**About the role**

We are currently hiring for our team of Disability Support Workers to support a client based in the **Blacktown area**. We want to provide a safe & loving environment and trauma-informed care. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background in supporting people between the ages of 18 and above.

**About you**

As the Disability Support Worker, you are empathetic, understanding and have the ability to relate to people in care.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Have enrolled in or completed a minimum of **Certificate III or higher** in Individual Support, Disability, Youth Work, Social Work or other relevant disciplines.
- Paid Employee Working with Childcare Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening (NDISWC)
- A current police check conducted within 6 months.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's License, reliable car & comprehensive insurance

We are looking to fill this vacancy as soon as possible. If successful, you are expected to attend Induction.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
