**About the opportunity**

Solace Disability are seeking highly motivated and passionate Support Workers to support our participants in achieving their goals. We have multiple positions available across the Sydney region.

We are looking for varying experience including:

- Experience working within the Justice system
- Experience supporting participants with a psychosocial disability
- Experience supporting participants with restrictive practices and behaviours of concern

- 100 points identification

- NDIS Screening Check or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
