We are an in-home care provider, supporting participants all over Sydney.

We are looking for experienced Support Workers on a casual, part-time and full-time basis.

**We mostly support people with disabilities in**:

- Daily Living and Personal Activities
- Community Access and Participation
- Life Skills
- Travel and transport

**What's the role?**
- Our support workers assist our clients with all aspects of their daily life in a person-centred way. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Domestic Assistance; cooking and meal preparations
- Social Support; transporting to appointments, shopping or community outing and companionship
- Assistance with personal care is required for some participants
- Experience with hoist or manual handling is highly regarded.

- We are looking for people with relevant qualifications and/or experience as a Support Worker. You have to be motivated, dedicated and have a genuine interest and passion in helping people with disability live their best life.

- Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential
- Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children’s Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Living in Australia (Sydney NSW)
