Support Foundation are looking for passionate professional to join our growing team as a Support Worker / Client Liaison Officer.

**About you**:

- Are you a good communicator, (written and verbal)?
- Are you willing to travel throughout Greater Sydney Area?
- Do you have the physical capability to carry out a range of manual handling tasks?

**About the role**:

- Flexibility (Choose the shift you want to work: Full Time, Casual and Contract) which includes days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, and weekend shifts.
- Work at your agreed rate
- If required, assisting participants in their needs of daily living including personal care, domestic assistance, house cleaning, social support, transport, etc.
- Use your administrative skills to document client records daily.

**Requirement**:

- NDIS workers orientation module (Can be done FREE)
- Infection control Certificate (Can be done FREE)
- COVID 19 vaccination with Booster dose (Can be received for FREE at your local GP or Pharmacy)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Get it done at your local Service NSW)
- First Aid Certificate or Certificate III or above in healthcare (aged or disability)
- Right to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $22.57 - $45.78 per hour
