Disability Support Worker

**Role Description**

This is a part-time on-site role located in Sydney, NSW for a Support Worker The Support Worker will be responsible for providing ng care and support to individuals with disabilities, performing tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household activities. The Support Worker will also facilitate community engagement and enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with people with disabilities, and elderly individuals in a similar support role is preferred
- Valid Australian driver's license and a fully insured vehicle
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability Services, Aged Care, or related field is preferred
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Good knowledge of and commitment to the rights of people with disabilities, and ageing people
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and prioritise work tasks
- Flexible availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts throughout the week including weekends and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $26.42 - $42.77 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
