Vanguard Health is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team.

As part of this role, you will report directly to the Corporate Services Manager and be responsible for the following:

- Utilise your previous NDIS experience to enhance our operations.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of XERO and Employment Hero software.
- Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process for both public and private clients.
- Maintain accurate records related to accounts.
- Exhibit highly effective communication skills, building rapport swiftly and nurturing professional relationships.
- Display exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities, upholding high professional standards.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks concurrently while meeting tight deadlines and managing potentially competing interests.
- Previous experience with Capsule and PRODA will be advantageous.
