**About you - essential**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience in a senior HR role with a hands-on approach to operational delivery

**About you - desirable**
- Experience in recruitment and mobilisation within project or remote environments
- Experience leading and developing HR teams
- Exposure to HRIS systems and data analytics
- Experience within the mining resources industry, preferably with a contracting business
- Ability to manage a dynamic and varied workload to achieve personal and business KPI’s
