Seeking career development or consolidation of your management skills - FIFO HR Superintendent opportunity
This is an opportunity to either further consolidate your existing HR Superintendent skills or to take the next step in your career development.

You can choose as to whether you join the team in a residential capacity or alternately on a FIFO basis on a 5:2/4:3 roster to suit your lifestyle.

Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing an onsite team of 3 HR professionals who provide all generalist services across a mid-sized workforce.

You will be instrumental in supporting the further development of a value added HR function through coaching and development of line management across performance management, employee relations, talent management, engagement and retention, workforce planning whilst enhancing the capability of the HR team, and driving projects to create best practice.

It is essential that you have worked in a generalist HR capacity within a similar or related industry, are able to manage case investigations and possess a comprehensive understanding of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.

If you choose to work residentially, you will be offered outstanding accommodation in an enviable location where sea views and lifestyle support those with a love for the great outdoors. Otherwise, the camp and facilities have recently been updated to create a high standard of FIFO living.

The team are all relatively new to position, allowing you the opportunity to grow and develop with them.
