**Compliance & Security Manager**

As our **Compliance & Security Manager**, you’ll play a critical leadership role—championing legal, regulatory, and operational integrity across our venue network. From gaming to liquor licensing, AML/CTF to fire safety, your oversight ensures every corner of our business stays ahead of risk and compliant with excellence. You’ll also lead our outsourced security provider relationships, keeping guests and staff safe and operations running smoothly.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Gaming & Liquor Licensing**:

- Oversee regulatory compliance for gaming and liquor operations
- Train and support licensees on RSA/RSG obligations, audits, and best practice
- Liaise with local police, OLGR, and regulatory bodies

**AML/CTF & Safety**:

- Lead AML/CTF program design and implementation across all venues
- Support the group’s compliance with relevant regulations by identifying and mitigating risks associated with money laundering and terrorism financing
- Monitor fire safety procedures, risk assessments, and compliance with WHS/building codes

**Audit & Reporting**:

- Conduct audits, develop reporting systems, and advise execs on corrective actions
- Track incidents and compliance performance across venues

**Training & Culture**:

- Develop training programs and cultivate a proactive compliance culture
- Empower staff with knowledge, confidence, and clarity

**Security Provider Oversight**:

- Manage vendor relationships and support venue managers in contractor performance

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years in a senior compliance role, ideally in hospitality/gaming
- Expert knowledge of NSW liquor/gaming laws, AML/CTF, WHS
- Experience in managing a large, multi-site operation or business group
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, or Compliance (preferred)
- Relevant industry certifications and training in areas such as gaming, liquor licensing, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence working independently and across multiple departments
