**As a Lead Analyst, Cyber Security Risk & Compliance, you will**:

- Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards
- Monitor and ensure compliance with cyber security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, addressing any gaps or non-compliance issues
- Play a key role in the investigation and resolution of security incidents, including conducting post-incident analysis and developing lessons learned
- Develop and update cyber security policies and procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on matters related to cyber security risk and compliance
- Contribute to the development of the organisation's cyber security strategy, driving continuous improvement initiatives

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in cyber security risk management and compliance, with a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and industry standards
- Proven ability to lead complex risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies
