**About the Role**

Do you excel at identifying regulatory challenges and enjoy providing expert advice to drive meaningful improvements across an organisation?

This newly created role, reporting to the Senior Manager Governance Services, offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery and implementation of a high-quality Compliance Framework across CFA.

As the Compliance Manager, you will work closely with corporate and operational areas to ensure they effectively identify and manage regulatory obligations, playing a key role in strengthening CFA's overall compliance practices.

You will be responsible for providing advice, analysis and reports that inform the development of key organisational controls. Your insights will support decision-making at all levels, including CFA's Executive and senior management, ensuring the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the organisation's compliance efforts.

**About You**

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing compliance frameworks in a large, complex organisation. You will have a solid understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.** Crucial to your success in this role is experience in the government or emergency response sector, coupled with a deep understanding of the context in which CFA operates.**

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to engage and influence key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior executives. With a demonstrated ability to manage projects in high-pressure environments, you'll be adept at planning, prioritising, and delivering multiple initiatives on time and within budget.
