**In this role, you'll**:
Work as part of a team delivering a facility experience that is sustainable, compliant, safe, fit for purpose, encourages utilisation, and meets community standards.

Lead the Facility Compliance team to deliver outstanding facility compliance, sustainability and workplace experience.

Responsible for the effective development and management of Facility Compliance and Sustainability initiatives for a portfolio of Transport properties across NSW. You will also be a conduit for emerging best practice within the Safety and Compliance industry.

Build strong relationships with both outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure Transports long term vision of sustainability and compliance is met.

**About you**
You are a Facilities Management professional with experience in delivering services across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios.

You are experienced and have sound knowledge of statutory compliance and facility safety standards such as Building Code of Australia, Work Health and Safety Act, height safety systems, first aid and fire warden services, fire safety (AFSS) and hazardous material management.

You will also have experience in sustainability standards such as building star ratings (NABERS) and knowledge of whole of government efficiency programs. Having a knowledge and experience of installing and maintaining a broad range of sustainability-based assets will be highly desirable.

You are a people leader who is dedicated to delivering on agreed sustainability and compliance goals. You will be courageous and have the ability to communicate with influence regarding data drive advice on sustainability and compliance.
