**About the opportunity**

A very unique opportunity has become available within a unique team environment. As a self-driven Sales Administrator and Receptionist, you will be responsible for attracting, developing and maintaining existing and new patients and their treatments plans.

You will be _highly organised_, pick-up technology and software _very quickly_, and you will be able to _thrive in a fast paced environment _with competing priorities.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Reception, patient check in and check out processes.
- Actively managing the appointment book and active maintenance / recall system, ensuring the appointment book is full and the dentists time is being used proactively.
- Motivate and promote patient participation in dental care.
- Participate in the planning, treatment presentation and follow-up for patient care.
- Assists dentist in closing the treatment plans generated by the dentist.
- Identifying, reviewing and troubleshooting operational front desk issues.
- Reviewing, developing and implementing standard business and/or operating protocols.
