We're now seeking **an experienced** **Part-Time Retail & Logistics Administrator**for 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for a total of 24 hours; or alternatively, we could be flexible with 28 hours across 4 days.
This opportunity could be grown into a **Full time position** after few months when we expand our business size.
**About the Role**:
**Supply Chain & Logistic**
- Oversee and lead supply chain functions for Australian market
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the operation flow is aligned
- Communication with Italy HQ and other regions’ supply chain team to coordinate orders and shipments to ensure timely product replenishment and smooth supply chain process
- Manage and monitoring 3PL warehouse performance and give precise instruction to the warehouse team for seasonal arrangement
- Keep track on the product life cycle and maintain inventory health in terms of stock availability and stock shelf-life, conducting stock take.
- Implement storage condition monitoring, product inspection and other quality assurance means on all products to ensure products condition is to standard
- Research and compare quotations and service of service providers, support decision making in selection of vendors
- Ordering and shipment arrangement of materials to support new shop openings and store operations
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize the total cost and service level
- Experience in leading API construction, D365 experience is preferable.
- Purchasing materials from HK or CN any time that stores or sales need
- Monitor store replenishment / local logistics arrangements / local delivery to customer
**Ops Administration**
- Perform and execute day to day retail administrative in supporting operation, sales and deliverables.
- Administer and maintain sales and purchase transactions, stock inventory control, vendor and customer records in retail operation.
- Create and maintain effective internal control of company equipment and resources.
- Providing administrative support between store and other departments or projects as needed.
- Assist in new store opening, contest planning and administration.
**About you**:
- University graduate in Supply Chain/Logistics management-related disciplines
- 2 - 3 years of Supply Chain, shipping, logistics experience
- Good analytical and logical mind; able to work under pressure and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong planning, implementation and negotiation skills as well as good problem solving
- Proficient computer literature and preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- Excellent spoken and written in English, being able to communicate in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
- Previous work experience in the same role in food/confectionary or beauty is advantageous
