I am currently recruiting for a great opportunity for a superbly organized, diligent Administration Officer to join a growing global organisation.
This is an exciting & energetic role, within one of the world’s most exciting and fun industries - Indie Beauty
This role is based in the Eastern Suburbs and is an easily accessible location with car parking or public transport.
**Your new role**

- Provide assets, product information for new line forms, samples, dispatches
- Manage timelines and deadlines across a range of activities.
- Create detailed Sales Reports
- Image management with retailers
- Prepare detailed sales team, merchandising instructions, training materials
- Prepare presentations such as for retailer meetings
- Assist in keeping details up to date of Marketing calendars, promotional programs, spreadsheets and inventories.
- Review orders and submit to warehouses for processing in line with stock management required for that retailer.
- Invoicing and purchase orders. Assist in day to day managing and control of budget, monthly reports and expenses tracking.
- Adhoc production and sourcing requirements for Brand / Marketing Managers - i.e., stickers, printing, research, sourcing items.
- Working with multiple warehouse processes
- High level of detail to checking codes, barcodes, shipping codes, and checking orders.
- Assist with planning, forecasting as requested
- Competitive Pricing analysis as required
- Maintain Price lists
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2+ years experience in a hands on admin role
- Full time or Part time
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Solid time management coupled with an ability to multitask
- Outstanding communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ambition and fun with an aptitude for learning new things
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Strong Excel skills a must.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Interest in the Beauty Industry
- Must be a Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency in or to apply
