**Project Support Officer**

**The Role**

The Project Support Officer works as part of a team to support the Skills and Employment (SE) Deputy Secretary's office, ensuring effective administration and operational support.

The responsibilities of the Project Support Officer will include:

- Using IT project tools to manage and report on workflows
- Preparing documents including reports, presentations, publications, PowerPoint documents, graphs and charts
- Developing and implementing communications strategies to build program/project knowledge

**The Team**

The position of Project Support Officer forms a part of the Office of the Deputy Secretary within the Skills and Employment group.

Skills and Employment focuses on enabling Victorians to gain access to skills and employment opportunities and helping to support a strong pipeline of workers to meet Victoria's skills needs, now and into the future.

**About You**
- Analyses issues from different perspectives and draws sound inferences from information available
- Sets clearly defined objectives and priorities and operates accordingly, reviewing and adjusting as required
- Establishes and maintains relationships with people at all levels
