**The Role**

The Project Support Officer position is in the Skilled and Business Migration Program (SBMP) within the Industry and Innovation group. The SBMP is responsible for the development and delivery of policies, strategies, programs and services relating to skilled, business and investor migrants nominated by Victoria.

The responsibilities of the Project Support Officer will include:

- Delivery of high quality client services and contribute to the continuous improvement of client services.
- Contributing to improving process efficiency, data collection, and client services.

**The Team**

The position of Project Support Officer forms a part of the Trade, Global Engagement and International Education and Migration branch within the Industry, Trade and Investment Group.

The Industry and Innovation group works to build trust-based relationships with Victorian businesses, from global enterprises to small businesses and start-ups, to achieve job outcomes that strengthen our economy.

**About You**
- Ability to make sound and timely decisions based on a consideration of facts and evidence, including a sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, policies and processes.
- Proven ability to undertake continuous improvement; makes changes to improve program outcomes and seek constructive feedback.
- Project and contract management skills, and the ability to manage program performance against objectives and targets, monitor risks and issues, and analyse and report on data trends.
